Travel can wreak havoc on your fitness plan, but there are ways to stay fit even if you spend a lot of time in hotels. With a little advanced planning, you can keep your body moving even when you aren’t at home.

Use the Gym

If you have a choice, stay in a hotel with a gym. You can simply pack workout clothes and head to the gym before your day starts or after it ends.
