Embassy Suites is well into a top to bottom brand-wide makeover project which includes wholly redesigned dining offerings.
I recently visited the newly renovated Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner in the Washington DC area of Vienna, VA and was amazed at the transformation. The hotel has maintained their famous atrium architectural design and incorporated dramatic updates to public areas, guest rooms and amenities which are making the retooling of the Embassy Suites brand so successful.
Here are just some of the new items offered on the E’terie menu.
One of the most exciting features is their new ‘fast-casual’ dining program, E’terie, which allows guest to dine in the atrium lobby while working, relaxing or socializing with a variety of comfortable seating options or easily take-out to enjoy in their suites. The menu is simple yet enticing and I was able to enjoy several of the new items when I attended a tasting at the grand-opening ceremony of Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner.

Not only did I find them to be very tasty, but being able to snack on delicious food on my terms is something that this new set up makes easily possible. I was able to work and snack a little while enjoying some great people watching.
In addition to E’terie, Brickstone’s Kitchen & Bar is a new full-service concept that is popping up at select Embassy Suites locations.
