Those seeking to spend some alone time together can take advantage of the adults-only Select Club. This section of the resort features spacious rooms clustered around an exclusive lagoon pool. Adults 18 years and older can enjoy a swim-up bar, a poolside snack bar, private beach access, an exclusive breakfast buffet, an afternoon cookout, premium drinks and more.

Visitors can select from junior suites and oceanfront rooms. Starting in December of 2018, there will be the option to book the Select Superior room, with a private balcony and Select Club amenities.

Couples can step up their stays with a memorable surprise. The resort can deliver champagne for a toast, rose petal decorations, chocolates and more to surprise a loved one, honor an anniversary or enhance a honeymoon.

Guests can also take advantage of the Sandos Playacar’s wellness offerings to keep fit and relax. There are spinning classes, water sports, kayak tours and walking tours. Guests can take Zumba classes and also join in on a fitness boot camp. One thing is for sure, staying active at Sandos will not be boring.

Guests who want to slow down can head to Spa Del Mar, which offers outdoor hydrotherapy and a variety of treatments, including facials, massage therapy, spa rituals and a beauty salon. Mix and match your treatments with the perfect spa package, the ideal way to schedule relaxation into your trip.

Adults may find Sandos to be paradise, but kids and families can have their fun, too.

Coming this December, Sandos will have new family accommodation options. Book the Riviera Family King Junior Suite for a spacious stay. With 559 square feet of space, there is room for the kids to play, a balcony or terrace and the option of jungle, garden or pool-view rooms. Accommodations have a king-size bed for parents and bunk beds for up to three children.

Inside, guests will find an in-room Jacuzzi, a minibar, a flat-screen television, a coffeemaker, bathrobes and more.
